Dude don’t worry about you got this. Think to yourself you can do it. Put away the distractions. If the phone distracts you, give it to your friend for a week or month.

Go buy some candy and sit down with your books. Make time for 5 minutes of socccer or jumping jacks. You got this man.

I suggest get to a psychologist. He/she might give you some mild antidepressant to ease your negative thinking patterns and restore serotonin levels. It usually helps. This way, you're not progressing because depression/anxiety gets worse with time.
