People tend to dismiss their rational to emotional arguments. Disbelief in truth can also mean denying something simple like things are created only to satisfy ones emotional and irrational attitude against religion or God.

@SomeHand IDK what the Quran says but my coworkers are mostly Muslims and they believe in creation. I'm a Christian and believe in creation also.
