I should be doing something very important today but I'm putting it off until tomorrow

Yes but maybe that's because we pace ourselves and not do more than we have to . No sense in over doing things or doing things over and over. Take that lawn for instance why mow it every day when once a year works then you can sell the hay. @AliceTinker
