My father... mentally stressed me out and caused major anxiety for myself and my brothers. He's out of my life now... a whole year.
Should have done it years ago.

I think ultimately it is us... Sure someone may act bad towards us.. But we either choose to carry that with us or discard it... I think in the former case we act as our own worse enemies...
