Is it mostly true that the nicest people are scarier when they had enough?

I mean I've gotten pissed off at someone because I've had enough of them and told them off! Most of them were scared when I got pissed off. I did cuss which I'm ashamed of.

Its because your behaviour is out of character as far as they know.. Suddenly they are wary of you. I know people who curse like its punctuation and no one notices. I let one word out and I get attention.
