Should I get my sister to do therapy?

I was diagnosed with Lupus almost a year ago and recently my sister has started to believe I am depressed because of it. She keeps insisting on taking me to a therapist. But I have noticed she has been very down lately, claiming to have no friends or life and stressing out, missing work, etc. I think she's the one in need of a therapist but wants to use me as an excuse to see one. Should I directly tell her to see one for herself or should I bring her along to my own appointment?
