Yes. Student loans will do that to you.

@Callmewhatyouwill Yes, my friend's wife defaulted and went bankrupt on her student loans (they amounted to about $90,000 Cdn). That was in Canada, where our post-secondary institutions rates ($) are much lower than say the US.

@Callmewhatyouwill It should start to pay itself off quicker as it matures as the interest will be less but I'm sure that doesn't remove the stress. Did you enjoy your studies, and have they helped you as you hoped?
