Where I come from we use the word “twat” a lot. Has 3 meanings:
1. A silly person - “You daft twat!”
2. A concussive collision - “I just twatted my head bloody hard!”
3. Female genitalia. I won’t go into that, as it’s a bit rude.

That's it pretty much, I think somebody just said it but it spread well enough, I think I even checked a dictionary of course it wasn't in there.
