It’s down to 6.2 again. It was higher before.

@SW-User It definitely does. When I cut out processed sugar and replaced starches with more green veggies, I lost weight, too. And my numbers came down. I was diagnosed in 2016 so I’m still working it out.

That's great I want to lower my A1c to 5.0 instead of 5.4@bijouxbroussard
@SW-User okay. But 5.4 is normal range. 5.7 to 6.4 is prediabetic. I’ve taken so many classes about it in the last two years.

5.4 is too close to 5.7 plus that was 2 yrs ago and I was skinnier 😑@bijouxbroussard
