Don't believe whatever separates a human from another human.. self knowledge is separative..
Being human is fact, anything else is not a fact..how? Facts doesn't need proofs. For else you will have some papers or stories.

That's our eternal struggle here.. everything is memory,experience based.. whatever we were told or we know is conditioned and partial.. which is separative.. I am this, you are that.. rarely we become humans, especially in deepest sorrow or most happy moment..where we forget ourselves.. otherwise it's always papers and stories.. so can we observe it and not let separate ourselves?
So no separation. Just be. In the now..

Yes Mam.. because the HOW implies method..means a practice or rule book..religions, psychology has already spoilt it through so many ideas about perfect human being..yet we are still broken, hating, confused..so no method..just be what you are without analysing...because the analyser is analysed.. when the thought doesn't interfere in looking at world, then perhaps we will know what we are.. it seems difficult ot out of the world, but it's amazing feeling... to be affecionate to other human being..no hatred..no jealousy..nothing..
