No; had problems getting off to sleep for some time now, but I'm on top of it. Understanding sleep patterns has helped me a lot. Regardless of how my sleep pattern goes (and I have a lot of different patterns, I do awaken refreshed every morning. From a physical point of view, falling into bed and straight asleep for 10 hours isn't all it's cracked up to be if we don't awaken refreshed and that is the aim in sleeping; good nights sleep = awakening refreshed. It's the quality of sleep more than the quantity.
