Shouldn't emergency services be allowed to cancel calls in an instant if they feel the caller's wasting time?
EXAMPLE: Where can I find the nearest chemist? I went Disneyland (Kid to 999) or dad drove pass red lites...

No. Sometimes kids call who would need guidance for the right number to call on. Sometimes a person new to that area might not know the right number... Or mix numbers... Sometimes in a panicky situation someone might dial the wrong number.
