@Mondayschild I know a lot of people that say similiar! If you want it longer you might have some luck with a daily high dose of biotin, but it needs to be taken long term. I haven’t taken it in awhile, but used to and try to remember but never seem to 😹 I’d just double check with your Dr that it’s safe for you, I know it’s generally safe b/c our systems flush out the excess- but just to be safe..
