Do you speak a second language?

Very impressive. I haven’t studied Swedish. We’re english and Spanish the same level of difficulty?@ShaileneH

English was easier because I catched on to it very quickly when I moved to the US at a really young age. Spanish was a lot harder because I had to learn it later on in life because my job required me to at least understand it.

Well that’s good you know all three. I can imagine it was quite a challenge. Will you teach your new one anything beyond Swedish?@ShaileneH

Well English as first and Swedish as second

@ShaileneH can i ask why? Why not Swedish first?

Even I speak English more than Swedish, most of my family speaks English more than Swedish, and they’ll have to learn it anyway for school, makes things easier, but they’ll still be taught Swedish as an Equal to English at one point or another

@ShaileneH very intriguing. So culturally it looks like it’s not as much a necessity but more a tradition.
