😞... Write and vent and try to be alone, and then after some time may try talking to someone, and will try to sleep as much as possible

@SW-User How often do you find someone to talk too?
SW-User
@SW-User depends because one doesn't want to be tiresome, so recently I just try to think twice before talking to them, at some point we could talk almost the whole day, but I hate the idea of being tiresome.... So I may as well not talk
SW-User
@SW-User Yes, but how does isolating help if feeling depressed? I mean that.
SW-User
@SW-User I'm like that I find contentment in lonileness, in writing my diary.. I may feel worse after talking to others, in certain cases
SW-User
@SW-User I hope you find healthy writing in your diary *doesn't need to be*. You find a connection with yourself this way?
SW-User
@SW-User yeah at least it's like venting, like letting out what bothers me or causes me pain so I can think clearly..
Most of the time

@SW-User Important. What do you find? (You don't have to tell me, especially public).
SW-User
@SW-User idk what you mean with find.
SW-User
@SW-User Find? In how you feel, and what could be yours?
