Are handicapped people angry all the time because they are handicapped?

I have found that most handicapped people have a better disposition than non-handicapped people. They’ve learned what’s truly important in life and that you don’t sweat the small stuff. I worked in a school setting with special needs children for 2yrs and most days, they were teaching me more than I was teaching them.
