Is anyone participating in go topless day?

I must have been out of the loop, is it International topless day today in North America or all of the industrialized world? I believe there are a few provinces that have passed the law to allow women who wish to go topless if they so wish to. I believe very few choose to initially take the first step. Perhaps it is because of a little reticence on their part. Europeans embrace and except nudity, North Americans are still a little reserved for so many reasons.
