@Myzery I go off and on. Sometimes once or twice a day. Then maybe not for a few days.

@ReneeT It's not entirely conscious. Sometimes I feel that it would be best for my mental health to take a break for a few days and sometimes I end up not signing on for weeks.

@Myzery There are definitely days where I either can't get on because of time or, just like you, I need to mentally clear out.
