In a way did Hitler have the right idea of eliminating the sick, old, and disabled?

When I say old I mean so old you can't really work anymore. I believe he eliminated them because they are drains on society that have to be supported and paid for by everyone else. When you no longer can contribute you get axed. I can see why he did that.

If you view your society only in terms of money, just start bowing to those richer than you everytime you see them. They are obviously better than you.
