The ones that have a hard time taking no for an answer. Example: Him: we should go out some time.
Me: Maybe we will run into each other again. :)
Him: seriously, I like you and think you should give me a chance.
Me: I'm flattered, but I see you as a friend.
Him: yeah, but you haven't really given me a chance yet.
Me: (internally 🙄, not another one). Listen, you seem nice, but you're not my type.
Him: what is your type?
Me: (why can't he just take my polite rejection already 😏)
(Nervous laughter, you will find someone soon, I have to go.
Him: can I call you?
Me:

🏃
@Peaceful typical douche

@RemovedUsername650611 do you know how many times I've dealt with this? It is more common than you think.

I'm trying to let them down gently and they just don't want to hear it. Pretty messed up.
@Peaceful to be fair girls are bad but not as bad. A girl I worked with knew I was in a relationship and tried to break us up. But I agree a lot of guys can’t comprehend someone not being interested
Kcmzeph · 31-35, F
@Peaceful But I also observe that those who are really persistent are indeed less interested..So they can't be bothered by being rejected many times..They are just trying to collect..
Peaceful · F
@RemovedUsername650611 that's super shitty! How many women have tried to do that to you?
@Peaceful just the one. She tried to ruin my life cause I wouldn’t date her. Girls are fun 😂
Peaceful · F
@Kcmzeph I had a complete stranger wait outside a store for half an hour just so he could talk to me. 🙄
This was late at night. He was very persistent. It became very uncomfortable.
Peaceful · F
@RemovedUsername650611 so you have one personal experience and that was super uncool. You wanna guess how many guys out and about pull this with me in let's say a few months time?
@Peaceful Or the ones who ask why you’re not interested ? If the answer is “no”, does why really matter ? 🤔
@Peaceful ballpark at 15 give or take
SW-User
@Peaceful so what you're saying is you're quite attractive? 👀
Kcmzeph · 31-35, F
@Peaceful that sounds really creepy
Peaceful · F
@bijouxbroussard exactly. It's super awkward as it is. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. I really dislike getting pushed to the point of getting a bit rowdy because he can't take the multiple hints.
@bijouxbroussard aka why am I not good enough
Peaceful · F
@RemovedUsername650611 about right. Now add that up and add in years. It's super uncomfortable. And if I go out to eat by myself at night? Oh God, forget it. I have to be much more assertive which I'd rather not do.
Peaceful · F
@SW-User I'm saying men need to learn how to hear, I'm not interested.
SW-User
@Peaceful Probably true, but it also means you're attractive lol. If you weren't, you wouldn't have this happen constantly. 🙃
Peaceful · F
@SW-User that isn't the point though. 🤷
@SW-User So it’s her fault ? 😳
@Peaceful I grew up with 4 sisters, sometimes I can’t believe the shit men try to do. Or if they’re crying and I ask why it’s cause a guy was either a major dick or really creepy. I try not to be that guy. I’ve gotten into fights with my mates cause if they’re disrespecting a woman I will embarrass the fuck out of them and make them go apologise to her
SW-User
@Peaceful I see what you're saying, but men are simple sometimes. 😏
Peaceful · F
@bijouxbroussard lol! Fascinating, isn't it Miss B? And I dress super casual and laid back...which is sad that I even need to feel like I have to point that out. :(
Peaceful · F
@RemovedUsername650611 thank you for being an aware one and getting it! 🤗
Peaceful · F
@SW-User you guys are full of excuses to make women feel super uncomfortable. Where is your accountability? 😦
SW-User
@Peaceful I'm not saying guys shouldn't take responsibility for their actions. But maybe you have to be a little more direct with them lol 😂
