Well yeah, it would be rude to say that it's okay to just randomly touch people, that's a little weird, but to say that people do have the right to touch others against their will would be ridiculous. Human rights, people. Unless you're making a citizens arrest or we're being introduced and shaking hands, if we don't know each other, hands off.

Annoying thing: too much sex drive, which sometimes leads to stupid things.

@caccoon For sure. I changed my first comment as I want no confusion. In fact most men despise that behavior, but we've been complacent in regards to sticking up for women who are enduring it. I think that is slowly starting to change for the better, but real change is never quick.

@Turtlepower Yes, totally agree. When a guy or woman does it in a confined space like my office i'm struggling to breath sometimes. And the fruity smelling perfume that younger women wear is really quite nice.

@SW-User To be fair there are a lot of people paid to do things they don't really know how to do! A couple of people in my company do audits of work instructions and more than half of their actual 'work' is in excel/access and they break their database every week. They make 50k+ per year and probably need more classes :x
