Playing a musical instrument or doing some kind of art, writing is therapeutic. There are also natural treatments like like St. John's wort, essential oils and massage therapy if you don't want to try antidepressants. Talk therapy.

@SW-User that can happen. Therapy can take time and there are different types of therapy. It can also take some time to find the right therapist for you.

@rokrchik1211 The thing is that I’ve always been a positive person and have been able to cope with my inner sadness but it seems like it’s catchjnf up to me :/

@SW-User unfortunately depression can do that to you. It makes you see and focus on the negatives. It can also keep you from doing things you know will help.

@rokrchik1211 I think mostly what it is also is that I’m super lonely, especially ever since I left my ex a couple years ago.
