Everything you read, but unless you want to learn something specific, vary your library..
Read a bit of everything, fiction, biographies, philosophy, poetry.... study things that interest you, if you're curious about why the sky is blue, look it up, why you seem to float in salt water look it up.
Read some of the classics..
Hemingway, Dickinson, Twain Shakespeare...
