Sometimes. It's a work in progress. With any delay, like hunger for example, one has to embrace the feeling, and almost enjoy it.

I do this by knowing that without feeling hunger, I would never enjoy my food, so it's the other side of the coin. It increases self discipline, and that's empowering.
