Would you bar your child from stepping into your house if he/she gave you a punch in a moment of anger?

After visitng there, I found out that the children who end up becoming street wanderers with no education are the spoiled ones. Of course, abusing your child is illegal and cruel, but to say you can't lay a finger on your child while they harm or destroy things is kinda....
