Here's a little fun fact.

Most of the little islands in the Pacific have free healthcare. They access free medical consultation and free medication in the public health system.

I hope within the next decade, the whole world can have access to free healthcare.

That's because population is low, air is healthy, life is laid back so no stress, food they eat are free from chemicals... All in all, few people fall sick there.

They're class as 3rd world but you're right. The markets had abundant of root vegetables to leafy greens.

At the wharf, locals await fishermen's coming in with the catch of the day. They buy fresh fish and other types of seafood.

I was actually surprise with the amounts of Asians living in these countries. They have lots of Filipinos and Chinese there.

@Random1Thoughts Not all third world places are bad. There is so much good stuff they can offer to the world. :)

There are lot of problems that can be fixed by altering lifestyle. But in so called 1st world, its fixed by popping insane number of pills.

I'd say some of the locals are living in poverty, but people in poverty there are not hungry. One of the family took us out to local plantations. Bananas are riped still hanging from the banana tree. First time I tasted a ripe banana straight from the banana tree, so delicious and different from what we get in the West.

While some of the family lack money, there's still plenty of food to eat.

It was an amazing experience for me, I will definitely go back to visit in the future.
