Here's a little fun fact.

Most of the little islands in the Pacific have free healthcare. They access free medical consultation and free medication in the public health system.

I hope within the next decade, the whole world can have access to free healthcare.

In May we traveled to some of the Islands, Fiji, Samoa and Tonga. My dad was crook so we took him to the hospital. After the consultation, we were given a prescription. I asked where the chemist so I can buy the medication, because usually we pay a small fee for medication.

I was shocked they had dispensaries at the hospital and medication was free.

@Random1Thoughts A chemist huh. Sounds fancy.

It wasn't fancy at all, it was on the side of the hospital attach to the actual building. Had metal bars and you give your prescription and wait patiently in line for your medication.

When we there, they had up to 30 people waiting for medication. They call out once it's ready. It was roughly about 10 to 15 monutes wait.

Also have to take into consideration that these islands populations is roughly less than 200k.
