What foods do you eat before and after workouts?

I only had a banana this morning. I'd like to do some ab exercises but I'm hungry. I know you shouldnt' work out on an empty stomach nor full one.

I might just skip and eat peach cobbler. Its' what I want anyway

It really depends on when I'm working out. Tonight was late so I had dinner before. I should eat something nutritious after, but I'm lazy so I had a couple of biscuits, a few squares of chocolate and I'll have some almonds now
