What is your favourite wine?

When it comes to wine, I have a particular brand that I buy and stick to. I stick up in bottles of rosé and a Gavi di Gavi, it's an Italian dry white wine, perfect for all occasion.
@LyricalOne Too fruity for me, it's lovely with savory dishes.

I'm not an alcohol drinker but when I have a special occasion I prefer dessert wines.
@wstcstrob
I have noticed that with non alcohol drinkers, they stick to Riesling.

@Random1Thoughts i used it for making my candied bacon.

nice tough when frying it in cast iron pans. helps keep the brown sugar and honey from sticking.
Will try that. @sighmeupforthat

home made.

but, for sparkling.. a brut called 'graham beck'.
@sighmeupforthat
I've tried Graham Beck Brut Sparkling. It's lovely with spicy meaty dishes.

Omg, I must sound like an alcoholic. I love wine for cooking and consuming on its own.
New Age

Tinto Dulce
Most wines produced in Spain are designed to pair with meat dishes.

I occasionally have it when I have heavy meals. @Threepio
@Random1Thoughts IIRC it is from Argentina..

Sounds pretty fancy!
@Cowboybob
You should buy a bottle and try for yourself. I give it the thumbs up.
Very popular in most restaurants, almost every restaurant I've been to stocks it. @Mondayschild
@Random1Thoughts I sometimes get it in Chardonnay.

A very earthy, in-your-face Pinot noir from Oregon.
