@SweetMae Cherry juice, and a tonic of cayenne, lemon, and ginger three times a day. Morning sun salutations, no red meat and processed sugar. Lots of sweating! As much laughter as possible and lots of comfortable silence.

@SweetMae Me too. I was in a bad place for a year. I'm back on my health kick again in a great environment. I've lost 70 pound in the last two years though, and that is exciting!

I have lots of work to do too. I'm taking down trees and clearing fence line, and I love every minute of it!
