I think my ear piercing is infected. What do I do?

Got them pierced 3 weeks ago and the left ear is swollen and it hurts audit's itchy, even though I have no idea how because I've done everything I was supposed to do. :/

Clean it first with saline solution, and then get some anti-biotics.
