Why do people bother to delete accounts?

@Stark deleting an account seems so unnecessarily final. Its not as if people can get you if you just leave it be.

@AynRand I agree, if you’re wanting to return deleting your account won’t prevent you from doing that. You’re more than likely just going to make another account if that’s the case. If you really don’t want to return you just won’t log in like any social media site, it’s just that simple in my opinion. I just think it’s a way to be noticed by the other members and “missed.” A lot of the time many of them are here under another account after going through the dramatic delete.
