Kindness is very attractive to me
a tender heart ,as long as its not so tender it gets in the way
a giver ,I put the needs of others before my own ,so I love seeing someone else who is the same way
people who are not so easy to offend ,nothing gets me fired up faster than someone who is offended by everything ,I want to just shake them and say Grow the hell up ,the world is not designed to cater to you
People who do what they say ,and say what they mean ,I love that type of person.
I would rather someone say they don't like me than to pretend they do and talk crap about me behind my back
I like setting those kind of people up ,,and let everyone see who is the back biters and crap stirrers ,,and who are the ones you can take what they say to the bank
When I say set them up ,I only mean get everyone in the same place ,
and then I repeat everything I said ,and let everyone know I am not afraid to say what I said again ,
So everyone knows ,I mean what I say ,and I am not talking anything behind your back ,I have not already said to your face ,
but a coward ,they like that he said she said stuff and the constant drama they stir
Usually its they have no life ,and they thrive on keeping others at odds with each other ,then they can keep running back a two keeping a feud going
I like to expose it for what it is ,,and let everyone see what they play into
I see division as weakness ,and we are only as strong as the weakest link
I like to know who that link is ,,and which people I can count on

@mindstruggle I love the Brother Rick ,I am honored ,deeply touched .
I am bad about catching those kind in a place where all the concerned parties are there ,not to stir stuff ,but to settle it ,I hate constant conflict .
So I repeat myself ,so everyone knows I did say it
but I am not a back bitter ,I am man enough to say it again
I can't contain things I need to say ,I hate letting things fester
So if I told you that I said something to so and so and you repeat it
your just spreading old news .
But now I also know what you think of me
You would rather stir stuff behind my back ,then to say how you feel to my face .
I earn the love and respect from people who are around me ,
and one way is they know I am an open book ,I am honest ,respectful of others and
I am not pretending to care about you to your face and another thing to your back
If I have a problem with someone I settle it ,and quick
and since I treat people how I want to be treated

My boss once said "You can't stand it for everyone not to like you " and there is some truth to that ,but I know you can't stand for something and please everyone ,but they can't say I did not try to be the peace maker
I try to see good in everyone ,even if they don't love me ,or respect what I stand for ,,then that makes it their problem ,not mine ,I held out the olive branch ,I can't make them take it
