@wildbill83 yes see that's what I was pondering on . And see if it's depending on sutiation to situation and the circumstances, that just means it's not about anger at all and about something else entirely.

To imprison a rapist/killer/pedophile, etc. in the hopes that they'll change and not commit that crime again if/when paroled

I think a lot of people never learned to handle their emotions correctly so things like anger just jump out rather than being dealt with in a healthier way. There’s also people who bottle it all up and explode which is just as bad.
