Why are men so damn gullible with pictures?

My friend send me a picture of a girl he is speaking to online, oh boy...he is smitten.

I took one look, her face is photoshopped to make her eyes bigger. There's no visible lines on her face, it has been smoothed with an app to the point where you can barely recognise the definition of the face.

I asked him for another picture because it wasn't clear. He showed me another one and still the same quality. They're meeting up tomorrow, I told him to prepare himself that she may not look like the person in the picture. Why are men so damn gullible.

I made sure to buy a bottle of vodka, he will come running in shock.

You could be right but I know I am not photogenic at all but I look descent in person. Hopefully that is the situation. Sounds like it's going to be a disaster though. You're probably right.

@Random1Thoughts Oh, that is for sure, from your description, but what I'm saying is that I photoshop photos of my face even though I look descent in person. I look horrible in photos. I don't know what happens. I don't know how to smile for a photo, always unnatural.
