Has anyone here ever gotten a colonoscopy or upper endoscopy test? Tell me about it?

Nothing to either one of them. The stuff you have to drink in preparation is a little yucky. Your throat might be a little scratchy when you wake up from the upper endoscopy.

@Pureblossom I live in the US. They sent me to the pharmacy to buy the preparation for the colonoscopy. For the upper endoscopy, I think they provided the preparation at the place where the procedure was done.

Colonoscopy yes, your nurse will prepare you for it don't worry.

@Pureblossom No I was asked to prepare a day before my apt day.Its a bit painful.For colonscopy they give anesthesia so don't worry, but mine was analscopy no anaesthesia so its quite painful.
