Years ago, I was able to read and speak Russian, but forgot it. My mother and father-in-law were Russian. I loved speaking the language. It sounds so neat.

I can speak because of mum but I will pass it on to my future children one day.

Once you start speaking it, it will come back to you. I speak Swedish to dad and Russian to mum. I am able to still grasp both.
