Not very far, if the feeling isn't mutual and he's not willing to compromise. I wouldn't waste my time.

Depends on the person, if he/she is someone you know is rare. someone who connects to you naturally, someone you enjoy talking to for hours without forcing yourself into being anything but yourself then I would try and give it my best shot. I have self respect and I am arrogant, even cold sometimes but at the same time I know how rare is for me to feel something or naturally connect with someone
