Why do people judge those who want to kill themselves?

it's the social construct. either help them too much when they don't want it, or push them over the edge, it seems.

When u feel suicide is the only option, then u really need professional help. I am not judging, I do understand profound depression.

I don't judge them.. I have sympathy for them.. I was one .. Still am at times but i rarely mention it ..

Because they’re mentally ill. At best people want to help, but usually people want nothing to do with that.

i think its less about judgment and more about trying to understand.

Because people don’t understand depression.

People judge period. That’s just one of the many things they judge. If anything it should feel like they’re included not left out on their negative judgement. Ya can’t worry on strangers opinions of most of what you feel think, do.
