@Mona86 how do you make it crispy? I can't stand it soggy. I put a little olive oil on it then bake

@Mona86 seems like overcooking would lead to 'crispy-ness' not sogginess 🤷🏾

No over cooking makes them soggy as the vegetable has natural water and adding any more fluids and over cooking it makes it waaay took soggy, and you burn it, you need less than ten minutes either steamed or fried @iamnikki
