Do you think mindlessnes has become the social norm?

Especially with huge number of people seem conflating "everyone is entitled to their own opinion" with the completely insane idea that all opinions are equal.

I remember practicing debate skills at school-- I thought it was pretty silly at the time. Why defend a position you don't hold? But it forced an investigation of facts, of precedent, of a fuller comprehension of the issue at hand. And a willingness to fully consider an opposing point of view. But best of all, it required that we identify and choose reliable sources.

We live in a society where mediocrity is the standard.

If you achieve it’s because your entitled.

If you fail it’s someone else’s fault.

Some may argue that truth can be one, but it generates many interpretations as time proceeding.

Yup. Truth is data.

An data can be faulty or misinterpreted.

@PilinisesiofParadise as there are two sides to a coin, there are two sides to everything in the world and truth is no exception. So truth is not fact, but understanding the pros and cons of anything and drawing a line in the middle.

@PilinisesiofParadise hahaha.. yes... the pure truth or understanding of it. But its difficult to remain understood for too long for we get on the roof and smash it again.
