This may seem to be random but what happens if you feel like you're being restricted and captured in your own thoughts, however, your family doesn't allow you to be free?

@Ryozo18 True but my confidence gets shot down every time and I think my insecurities play a big role in this as well. How do I even approach with cutting the negativity out?
