Not exactly sure how you are asking that, I imagine you are thinking of how our hormones control us not how we control our hormones. I think the biggest effect hormones have on us is the influence they have on our developing brain. It is a combination of that as well as our hormone levels that cause us to think the way we do. And as one who has had a hormone issue since a teen they are hard to control, sometimes I get them too high and sometimes too low.
