How do you change the volume of the voices in your head?

What would you choose?

@mindstruggle both actually, and the hybrids of them. Indica to put me to sleep, to medicate nausea, sativa to wake me up, make me alert, and engaged. Middle of the road stuff... to get high on, heh.. whatever the moment calls for.
