When taking off put your own watch on the destination time, and act as you are there in that moment. Time to sleep? Try to sleep. Time to watch tv? Watch tv. Time to read newspapers? Do it.

This way you have time enough to get yourself trained to the new time zone.

@PepperMint !00% serious. You can whip off one hundred in no time flat. Give yourself another minute and do another hundred. Easier than it sounds and people will look at you like a crazy person but they will still feel like crap....The jumping jacks get your entire body moving, blood flow goes right along with it. Promise
