In the UK it would be criminal and civil breaches of the law. Though the punishment would be limited, unless she attempts to drive away and causes more damage or even injury, then you are responsible to a large degree but not wholly.

Leaving tyres flat under the weight of a car damages them. The longer they are pinched or folded the worse the damage and can lead to punctures when they are reinflated.
