@CountScrofula that’s actually pretty common word in forensics, such as exanguation of blood from a cut, stab or other trauma. They will use exsanguinous to describe organs in autopsy reports, such as the uterus is exsanguinous and nongravid, meaning there is little to no blood and the uterus has not contained a baby..
