Are you always nervous when the place next to you is for sale because someone crazy might move in?

My sweet elderly neighbors are putting their condo up for sale. I'm scared. What if a jerk or a psycho meth head moves in? Omg what if there are hoards of screaming children or hillbillies?

@Addictedtoglamour It sucks but the rent is affordable for now. I'm waiting for my 🐻 to get back to work so that we can move somewhere nicer.
