Some cheap ass opiates that probably have shit in them that I shouldn’t be putting up my nose but I’m still doing it

And my health care provider is bean counting me to death.

And my wife worse, and she's got the late stage cancer.

Oh, get this... if yr cancer is in remission but you're still in dire pain due to permanent damage and that pain is forever.

I guess ya gotta be dead to qualify for pain killers ...

And buried for palliative care.
