Area = 1/2 * height * base = 18

Multiply by 2

H * b = 36
H= 2b+6
(2b+6)* b=36
2b^2 + 6b = 36
Simplify ... divide by 2
B^2 +3b = 18
B^2 + 3B - 18 =0
(B+6)(B-3) = 0

B = 3
@questionWeaver

Height = 2b + 6
H = 2*3 + 6
H =12
